1. Service Description

GovRadar monitors federal government contract opportunities from SAM.gov and Grants.gov, scores them against your business profile using AI, and delivers daily email digests. GovRadar is an informational service — we do not submit bids or proposals on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account.

3. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts start with a free 7-day trial. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

4. Data Accuracy

GovRadar provides opportunity data sourced from government APIs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all opportunities are captured or that match scores are perfectly accurate. Always verify opportunity details on the original government website before taking action.

You agree not to: resell or redistribute GovRadar data without permission, use automated tools to scrape the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

GovRadar is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed opportunities, inaccurate match scores, email delivery issues, or any business decisions made based on our data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
