We collect information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, company name, and business profile details (NAICS codes, certifications, keywords, and geographic preferences). We also collect payment information through Stripe, our payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your business profile to match you with relevant government contract opportunities from SAM.gov and Grants.gov. We send you daily email digests with scored matches. We use your email to communicate about your account and service updates.

3. Data Sources

GovRadar monitors publicly available government data from SAM.gov (federal contracts) and Grants.gov (federal grants). All opportunity data is public information published by federal agencies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate GovRadar: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI matching). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure JWT authentication. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
